    Please respect the meal times. Meals are served once per person.

GYM

The gym is located next to the pool, in the Lux rooms section in the row houses. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The gym is available only to guests aged 16 and older. Children aged 14–16 may use the gym only with written parental consent (a form is available at the reception). Indoor shoes are required. The resort is not responsible for items left in the gym. Keys are available at the reception.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL

  • Free of charge: potty, step stool, non-slip mats, windbreak, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.
  • Additional charge: travel cot – 35 PLN/day, small towel – 10 PLN/each, large towel – 20 PLN/each, extra set of bed linen – 40 PLN, cleaning on request – 100 PLN.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT RENTAL

  • Mini golf clubs and balls are available for free at the reception daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

GO-KARTS AND BICYCLES

  • Go-karts and bicycles can be rented daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the reception.

INTERNET

  • Free internet access is available in the reception building, Ice Bar Arena, and Golden Coffee. Network name: Holiday Golden Resort, password: holiday2023

AIR CONDITIONING

  • The air conditioning has 4 operating modes. Please ensure the same mode is set on each controller.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and cottages. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 2000 PLN. Please dispose of trash in the standalone bins placed between cottages. Do not leave any items outside overnight as the grass is regularly watered. All Holiday Golden Resort employees are authorized to request wristband verification to confirm guest status. Please respect quiet hours.
