§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

    and is effective from 01.01.2025.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – request to complete a survey or answer several questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is given voluntarily by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose of processing (e.g., performance of a contract, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). Confidentiality of communication on Facebook

  1. All messages, comments, or other content sent via Facebook Messenger or posted on the Holiday Golden Resort & Spa profile may contain confidential information and are intended solely for the recipient.
  2. Sharing private messages with third parties or public posting without the sender’s consent is prohibited.
  3. Administrators of the Holiday Golden Resort & Spa page reserve the right to remove comments containing confidential, offensive, or Facebook policy-violating information.

Data protection

  1. Information sent via e-mail and Facebook may be processed according to the Holiday Golden Resort & Spa privacy policy.
  2. Administrators take all efforts to ensure correspondence security, but please remember that electronic communication does not guarantee full confidentiality.

  1. Holiday Golden Resort & Spa is not responsible for unauthorized access to e-mail content or Facebook messages by third parties.
