    • document confirming the authority to care (e.g., written authorization from parents, court ruling).

3. Responding to threats

  • If a situation indicating an immediate threat to the child's health or life is noticed, the employee has the duty to immediately:
    • take actions aimed at ensuring the child's safety,
    • call the appropriate services – especially the Police, Emergency Medical Services, or Social Welfare Center.

4. Reporting concerning situations

  • Guests and people on the resort premises are asked to be vigilant and responsible.
  • In case of noticing a concerning event, it should be immediately reported to the reception or directly to the resort manager.

5. Principle of respect and dignity

  • All children have the right to respect, privacy, and to be treated with due care and empathy.
  • All forms of violence, including psychological, verbal, or emotional, are prohibited.

6. Duty to cooperate with law enforcement and aid institutions
