AT WHICH A MASS EVENT IS ORGANISED and the area adjacent to the mass event area

The facility (area) regulations cover the entire square at 10 Słoneczna Street, 76-002 Łazy.
This regulation has been issued based on the provisions of the Act of March 20, 2009 on the safety of mass events (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 62, item 504, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
The regulation is issued by the organizer conducting the event under the name "Holiday Golden Festival Łazy" organized by Holiday Golden Resort, 16 Leśna Street, 76-002 Łazy, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
The regulation is addressed to all persons present on the above-mentioned area during the event. The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure the safety of the event by specifying the rules of conduct of persons staying in the area adjacent to the mass event area, as well as the equipment located there. All persons staying in the area adjacent to the event area are required to behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety of other persons and to comply with the provisions of the Regulation. The area regulations will be made available to participants at the information point located on the event site, posted on the board located at the entrance gate to the Organizer's event area, and published on the website www.holidaygoldenresort.pl
§ 1
Admission to the event area is free and available to all persons interested in the event.
§ 2
Persons who will be removed from the event area include those who:
1) behave aggressively, disrupt the event, or pose a threat to other persons,
2) despite the ban, have brought in items or tools threatening safety,
3) have been entered in the register of persons banned from mass events.
§ 3
Persons present at the event are obliged to comply with the orders of the Organizer's Security Services.
§ 4
Persons staying in the area adjacent to the event area are obliged to behave in a manner that does not threaten the safety of others and, in particular, to observe the provisions of this Regulation.
§ 5
In case of resistance to the Security Services, persons mentioned in § 2 points 1-3 will be immediately handed over to the Police.
§ 6
Adults accompanying minors present at the event area are responsible for their conduct.
§ 7
The ban on entry to the mass event area applies to:
- private vehicles of event participants and other persons not related to the organization of the event in any way,
- persons behaving aggressively, provocatively or otherwise posing a threat to safety or public order.
§ 9
In the event of noticing a fire or other danger, persons present at the event should:
- immediately notify the Security Services,
- avoid panic,
- follow the instructions of the Security Services and announcements,
- proceed to the emergency exits along marked routes,
- do not obstruct access for rescue services.
§ 10
All legal regulations applicable to generally accessible areas and applicable in public places within the Republic of Poland apply to the area adjacent to the mass event area covered by these regulations.
