Important information
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, check-out is possible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
A prepayment of 30% of the stay value is required. The remaining 70% is payable up to one month before arrival. If no payment is recorded within 7 days from the reservation date, the booking will be cancelled.
A tourist tax is charged upon check-in - according to the Sianów Municipality rate.
A refundable deposit of 600 PLN per cottage/room is collected upon check-in. The deposit is accepted cash only and is refunded after the cottage is inspected and check-out.
A mandatory cleaning fee of 150 PLN is added to each reservation after the end of the stay.
Guests are required to present documents proving the age of the child.
All registered Guests are required to wear an identification wristband. A cashless system applies within the facility, payments are made with wristbands.

Children
Children born in the 2018-2020 range without benefits free of charge, sleeping on the bed with parents, without bedding. Children born in the 2011-2017 range, baby meals included in the price list, free lunch additionally. Children born in 2010 are charged according to the adult's board. Children from 10 to 15 years (annually) - counted without a discount with the possibility of using a free lunch.

Each caravan and room has one parking place. The next parking space is 30 PLN / day.
