Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, check-out is possible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
A prepayment of 30% of the stay value is required. The remaining 70% is payable up to one month before arrival. If payment is not recorded within 7 days from the booking date, the reservation will be canceled.
A local tax of 2 PLN/day/person is charged in cash upon check-in - according to the rate of the Sianów Municipality.
A refundable deposit of 600 PLN per cottage/room is collected at check-in. The deposit is accepted only in cash and returned on the day of check-out, after the cottage/room is inspected.
Guests are required to present documents confirming the child's age.
All registered guests are required to wear identification wristbands on their wrists.
