Important information
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, check-out is possible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
A prepayment of 30% of the stay value is required. The remaining 70% is payable up to one month before arrival.
If payment is not recorded within 7 days from the booking date, the reservation will be canceled.
A tourist tax is charged upon check-in - according to the Sianów Municipality rate.
A refundable deposit of 600 PLN per cabin/room is charged at check-in. The deposit is accepted only in cash and refunded after cabin inspection and check-out.
An obligatory cleaning fee of 150 PLN is added to each reservation after the end of the stay.
Guests are required to present documents confirming the age of the child.
All checked-in Guests are required to wear an identification wristband. A cashless system is in place on the premises, payments are made using the wristbands.

Animals
Small pets are welcome in designated rooms for an additional fee. Guests travelling with pets are required to comply with the rules governing their stay, including keeping their pets clean and ensuring they receive proper care at all times.
Children
Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge when no additional services are provided, sleeping in the parents' bed and without extra bedding. For children aged 3 to 9, meal charges are calculated according to the child meal price list. For children aged 10 and over, meal charges are calculated according to the adult meal price list. Complimentary lunch is available for children up to 15 years of age.
Parking - info
Each cottage and room is assigned one unguarded parking space. Parking is subject to a fee depending on the season and the selected offer. For the Low, Mid and High Season, the parking fee is PLN 30 per day. The fee is not charged during the May Holiday, Very Low Season, and Corpus Christi holiday period. Each additional parking space costs: PLN 30 per day during the Low, Mid and High Season, PLN 20 per day during the May Holiday, Very Low Season, and Corpus Christi holiday period.
