- Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 20:00, check-out is possible from 8:00
to 10:00. - A prepayment of 50% of the stay value is required. The remaining 50% is payable up to one month before arrival.
If payment is not recorded within 7 days of the booking date, the reservation will be canceled. - A tourist tax according to the Sianów Municipality rate is charged upon check-in.
- Guests are required to present documents confirming the child's age.
- All registered Guests are required to wear an identification wristband on their arm.
- A cashless system operates on the premises, payments are made with wristbands.
Please be informed that from September to June, especially on weekends, our facility may host special occasions, group meetings or organized events. Therefore, on selected evenings, there may be an increased level of noise related to the organization of such events.
We also inform you that on weekends our facility often hosts sports groups and camps, which may reserve the gym exclusively or use it at specified hours.
