Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, check-out is possible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
A prepayment of 30% of the stay value is required. The remaining 70% is payable up to one month before arrival. If payment is not recorded within 7 days of booking, the reservation will be cancelled.
At check-in, a tourist tax of 2 PLN/day/person is charged in cash only - in accordance with the rate of the Sianów Municipality.
At check-in, a refundable deposit of 600 PLN per cottage/room is collected. The deposit is accepted in cash only and is returned on the day of check-out, after the cottage/room has been inspected.
Guests are required to present documents confirming the child’s age.
All checked-in guests are required to wear an identification wristband.
