1. General Provisions
The organizer of the promotion is Kunert Mobile Homes and Holiday Golden Resort, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
The promotion runs indefinitely until withdrawn.
The promotion consists of the possibility to deduct the cost of accommodation in a selected house at Holiday Golden Resort from the purchase price of any mobile home at Kunert Mobile Homes, according to the rules set out in these regulations.
2. Participation Conditions
A participant in the promotion may be any adult person who uses accommodation in a selected house at Holiday Golden Resort, in one of the selected houses:
A maximum cost of 7 nights in one of the above houses, according to the price list posted on the Packages page, can be deducted from the purchase price of the house.
After the stay, the participant will receive a document confirming the accommodation costs, which entitles them to a discount on the purchase of a house at Kunert Mobile Homes.
3. Promotion Rules
A participant who decides to purchase any house at Kunert Mobile Homes within 6 months of the end of their stay at Holiday Golden Resort may deduct the cost of accommodation at Holiday Golden Resort from the purchase price of the house.
The discount corresponds to the amount paid for accommodation in one of the above-mentioned houses (up to the cost of a maximum of seven days of stay in the selected house).
The discount is not exchangeable for cash or any other benefits and cannot be transferred to a third party.
The discount can be used only once and applies to one purchased house.
To use the discount, the participant must present a document confirming the cost of their stay at Holiday Golden Resort.
4. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations at any time without the need to inform participants, provided the changes do not affect the rights acquired by participants before their introduction.
The Organizer is not responsible for any errors in booking the stay or the lack of currently available houses for booking.
All disputes arising from the interpretation of the regulations will be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, by the court competent for the Organizer's registered office.
Participation in the promotion signifies acceptance of these regulations.
